Administration & Governance

There are 23 members of the Board of Trustees, two of whom are the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Parents Association. The Board meets seven to ten times a year. In addition to the Headmaster, the administrative staff includes the heads of the Lower, Middle, and Upper School divisions, the Director of Admissions and Human Resources, the Director of Finance and Operations, the Director of Development, and the Director of Public Relations and Publications. There is an Alumni Advisory Committee and a Parents Association, which provides active support to the school in countless ways.
