Remote Training with Coach Cauwels, Coach Moxham, and MSquash

GCDS squash players are invited to sign up for the following training programs using the form link below.

  • Cardio & Strength - Every day at 4:00 pm Ollie guides us through a series of strength and cardio exercises, as well as giving tips for exercising at home.
  • Yoga & Stretching - Every day at 4:30 pm Emma guides us through a series of yoga and stretching exercises.
  • MSquash Watches Squash - Every day at 5 pm Coaches Ollie and Elliot pick a Squash match to watch with players while they provide analysis and commentary.
  • MSquash Book Club - We have a Mindset book for adults and a book for juniors that we will are reading together and meeting once a week to discuss. This is a great way to improve mindset off the court!
  • MSquash Family Quiz - Twice a week we will meet in a video call to compete in a Family Quiz put together by our coaches. Take the quiz together and see who knows the most about Squash!
  • Peloton Follow-Alongs - Every morning we boot up our Peloton App (with a free 90 day trial) and follow along in a cycling and strength session with Katline.
