CAMPUS INVESTMENT: UPPER SCHOOL ARTS
The arts have always been an integral part of the Greenwich Country Day experience—and this is more true than ever for the Upper School.
To live this commitment to the arts, the completed Upper School campus will include:
- Performing Arts Center with 516-seat theater
- Dance studios, choral room, instrumental rehearsal rooms, dressing rooms, green room, music tech studio, and recording studio
- 3-D studio for sculpture and ceramics, 2-D studio for drawing and painting, black box theater, and multi-purpose flex studio
This investment will ensure GCDS students are offered the very best opportunities for achievement in the performing and visual arts.

"At GCDS, you have an amazing show and a wonderful sense of community. That 'GCDS magic' happens because students work hard, have fun, and are dedicated to a high standard of art, and teachers are knowledgeable, caring, and can look at each student's talents and develop and highlight them."- Will SCHENCK
