Students in grades 6 - 8 participate in sports during all three seasons. Middle Schoolers work on skill mastery, teamwork, strategy, sportsmanship, conditioning, responsibility, dedication, and the commitment necessary for successful competition.

The program is designed to offer something for every student—whether they are looking for a fun fitness option with friends or intense preparation for high school and college competition.
